Invitation links are single-use. Share the generated link directly with its intended employee. Creating a link does not send an email.
WhatsApp Web and the connected runtime control which history and business data are available. Media files are not downloaded. Check the Catalogue section for its connection status; local drafts do not change products on WhatsApp.
